We cook all our own meats in the cafe and prepare your food freshly that day with care. Filled rolls, breakfast burritos, avocado on toast, along with soup, toasties, quiche, cakes and coffees. A wide selection of sandwiches are available and gluten free bread can be requested.

Kirsty Moncrieff

In April 2014 Kirsty took over ownership of Parx Cafe with many years of experience, managing the Foyer Restaurant for 11 years and several years working in independent cafes around Aberdeen.

Parx has a busy kitchen run by our experienced Chef Helen Humphrey, along with a talented team, preparing daily hot specials, mouth watering salads, fresh sandwich fillings and baking a delicious selection of cakes each day. The menu reflects a good balance of choices from healthy to comfort food, fusion tastes to good home cooking.

NOTE: COVID-19 restrictions - hand sanitiser, social distancing and screen between tables and NHS check-in, is in place.

The bright basement location is situated on Rubislaw Terrace which over looks Rubislaw Park. There is an outdoor seating area to the front of the cafe. Unfortunately we don't take table bookings. Well behaved dogs, on a lead, are welcome. Car parking can be found on Rubislaw Terrace for £1.20 per hour and spaces can be found easily. The cafe walls feature contemporary prints by local artists and each show changes every 2-3 months approximately. Please visit our gallery page for more info.
